Over the summer, I met with AJ and Autumn for their engagement photos in Columbus at Inniswoods Metro Gardens! These two are one of my 2023 wedding couples, and it was so fun getting to know them in person.

AJ and Autumn met while they were both attending college at Ohio University Lancaster. They are now both school teachers, so they were able to take this past summer and focus on wedding planning!

AJ proposed while they were closing on a house they were buying together! When they arrived at their new home, their realtor said she was running late but went ahead and gave them the information to get inside. As they were walking through the house, Autumn had been checking over a few things, and AJ was down on one knee when she turned around! She was so surprised, and it was such a fun and exciting day for them!

Autumn found me through word of mouth from one of my past couples because their moms are good friends!! It always makes me so happy to hear that previous clients have recommended me to others.

It was quite literally the hottest day of summer when we met up at Inniswoods Metro Gardens for their engagement photos! These two were troopers during the session. All the flowers were in full bloom, and the park looked so pretty! While we walked around the park, trying to ignore the fact that it was sweltering, I loved just chatting with them and getting to know more about them. It’s super important to me that each couple feels comfortable in front of my camera but also looks at me as a friend!
