How in the world is the month of January already over?! Time just goes way too fast. A few years ago, I did a monthly recap blog and I absolutely loved it because it gave you a little peek into my life. I decided to start doing a monthly recap again this year. So…with that being said, here is my January recap!
The start of 2021 has honestly been really great! On January 1st, I opened a new business with my momma! We opened a virtual assistant business and we assist wedding professionals gain back time in their business and lives. My mom and I saw a need for a business like this for photographers, florists, bakers, etc. A few years ago, I did some virtual assistant work for 2 photographer friends of mine and I really enjoyed it. My mom has been assisting me with my business for over a year now and has caught on to the VA world. We decided to join forces and open this business of ours! We have had a great first month so far and are so thrilled to be helping so many people. You can check us out here!
I took my little fur ball, Savannah, on her first day trip to Columbus, and she was tuckered afterwards! We first had to make a pit stop to get a bouquet for a photo shoot I had the next day. Then, we got pictures taken by my best friend Sierra who was doing Valentine’s Day minis. We were super excited for them and they turned out so cute! After that, I took Savie to see airplanes for the first time. I wanted to show her one of her mommy’s favorite places, and hopefully someday I can take her along on a vacation! We ended our fun day with getting some ice cream from Graeter’s. It was a super fun day!!
Those were two big highlights that happened in January. A few other things I enjoyed this past month were meeting my niece for the first time and getting all the baby snuggles, a few photo shoots, getting my hair colored, family game nights, and booking some weddings! I am hopeful that 2021 is going to be a great year! Enjoy some pictures that I took this month!
