I’m Lexi, a wedding photographer based in Columbus, Ohio, and I’m so glad you’re here. I’m a hopeless romantic with a big smile and a big heart for capturing incredible couples across the globe. I believe in capturing relationships in a timeless, romantic way while still having those effortless moments of joy in between. I value experience in life more than anything else, so it’s important to me to have a great experience for my couples that are undeniably in love.
The sun was shining, there were no clouds in the sky, and the temperature was perfect in Grand Rapids, Ohio. Lauren and Marquise got married at the gorgeous venue, Nazareth Hall where the exterior of the building resembles a castle. The bridal suite adorned with light pink walls and perfect lighting for Lauren and her bridesmaids to get ready in was dreamy and fit for a princess! The location of their ceremony was jaw dropping!
Lauren and Marquise have a love like no other. You know how you can tell when two people are madly in love? Well that describes these two perfectly! I’m not normally one to cry… but let me just say, I teared up a little during their ceremony! Lauren had barely stepped out of the shuttle, and Marquise’s eyes filled with tears. They wrote their own vows, and the words they wrote for each other were so emotionally perfect that I’m not sure if there was a dry eye there! These two have a commitment to God and are so excited to be walking in His footprints and see where their lives take them!
Their reception was so much fun! Almost everyone in attendance was out on the dance floor. One of my favorite parts of their reception was when Marquise danced with his mom. They started the mother/son dance by slow dancing, and in the middle of the song, it switched to the song “In My Feelings”, by Drake. They absolutely killed it on the dance floor!! It’s obvious that this loving couple has an awesome support system from friends and family.
The week leading up to their wedding was a huge and stressful time. On top of it being their wedding week.. Lauren graduated from the University of Toledo and Marquise received word that he potentially could further his football career. I’m excited to walk away with two new friends and can’t wait to see what their future entails.
