Inniswoods Metro Park is where I took Shane and Courtney’s engagement pictures in March. With it being the end of winter, I wasn’t sure how the landscape would be for their pictures. But I’m convinced that the park is beautiful year round, especially when you have an adorable couple in front of the camera.
Back when I sat down with Shane and Courtney to discuss their engagement and wedding photos, I remember them expressing they might be nervous for the engagement session and that an hour would be plenty of time for the engagement session. Well these two had absolutely no reason to be nervous, as they were naturals in front of the camera.
Sometimes when people get in front of the camera, they become intimidated and are afraid to act like who they really are. But here’s a tip for ya…be yourself! It’s best to be that couple that’s flirty or goofy and who will laugh at each other, and maybe even make a silly face.
That is exactly what these two did! They laughed with each other, and weren’t afraid to show me who they really were. They had so much fun that their session actually lasted two hours! It was a great pleasure to work with Shane and Courtney and I look forward to their wedding in August.
