I am so excited to be leaving for my family vacation today! Every year for the past 7 years, my whole family and I have been going to Hilton Head Island, South Carolina. It is like our home away from home, and my dream is to actually make it my home someday!
The first year that we went, we rented a huge house that fit all 20 of us under one roof. The next year we rented a different house, and it was gorgeous. There was a screened in porch that looked out to the pool and the beach. There were so many memories made here at this house because we rented it year after year. One of my families favorite things to do after dinner is play card games, or watch movies. Our favorite card game is Dutch Blitz, and each year we have a tournament, and it can get very intense!
This is the first year that we will be flying down to Hilton Head. I think that makes it so much more fun! I absolutely love to fly, and for some reason I actually even love the atmosphere of an airport. We are flying down a few days early and will be staying in Downtown Savannah, Georgia. I’m super excited to explore Savannah and take a lot of pictures because Savannah is beautiful! On Saturday we will then be beachin’ it!
As you are reading this, I will probably be on a plane flying high in the sky down to the beach. I will be taking the whole time off to spend with my family. I am so excited to lay on the beach all week, and make more memories with my family! Have a great week y’all!
